Project Manager

Seeking applications for Project Managers. Ideal candidates will have experience leading information security and regulatory compliance projects. Project Mangers are accountable for overall project implementation, and will work with clients in the security risk management field. Candidates must be detail oriented, passionate, results-oriented. Critical thinking and the ability to overcome project obstacles is essential. This posting is to seek applicants to fill future roles with Opsec Media Networks. Key Responsibilities

  1. Accomplish human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures
  2. Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change
  3. Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
  4. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
  5. Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Desired Skills/Experience

  1. Background in physical security/cyber security preferred
  2. Professionalism, ability to handle stress and meet deadlines
